The quote from Automobile Magazine definately would do justice to a race equipped 427 Cobra, but for my personal preference I would rather the 289 HiPo to calm down the vibrations and allow for much better handling… possibly a paxton strapped on top, but not really necessary. (Of course all of this is from my never ceasing reading of Cobra lore since my sole experience rests in the passenger seat of my neighbor’s supercharged Cobra replica…still sweet!)
