Saleen has decided to offer their 302 cubic inch V8 as a crate engine. For those who do not yet know – this engine is more than adequate to take part in the 5.0 legacy that Saleen has created. The engine comes in two different models; the naturally-aspirated and the supercharged model. The supercharged model was tested in the Saleen S302E Mustang and the naturally-aspirated was tested in the Saleen/Parnelli Jones Limited Edition Mustang.

Ford and Shelby are celebrating their 40th anniversary in the guise of the Shelby GT500KR. This new Mustang, which was displayed at the 2008 New York Auto Show is big, bold, and packs 540 horsepower.
Only a limited number of these special cars were to be made, which is something that Shelby always stands by. Except this time they are changing the rules a bit.
A user on eBay has decided to auction off his collection of Mustangs to the highest bidder. This is one of the largest Mustang collections that we have seen on eBbay which includes – 8 Mustang coupes, 13 convertibles, 6 fastbacks, 4 Shelbys, 3 Mach 1s, and much more. This doesn’t include thousands of new and used parts that are also for sale.
Have you ever seen those commercials that show people pushing their vehicles down a mountain just so they could have an excuse to buy a brand new one? It looks like this man saw that commercial and thought, “What a great idea!” Richard Way Jr. from Claysburg, PA went to the police and told them that someone had stolen his Ford Mustang. Police found the car had been pushed down a mountain and have turned their suspicions back on Way.
Ford Mustang will be celebrating 45 years next year. Because this is a milestone for them this means that we can expect to see a brand new model – but what we didn’t expect was a new option to choose from when you buy your next Mustang.
