Saleen has decided to offer their 302 cubic inch V8 as a crate engine. For those who do not yet know – this engine is more than adequate to take part in the 5.0 legacy that Saleen has created. The engine comes in two different models; the naturally-aspirated and the supercharged model. The supercharged model was tested in the Saleen S302E Mustang and the naturally-aspirated was tested in the Saleen/Parnelli Jones Limited Edition Mustang.

Saleen is showing its support of the men and women of the armed service that are over seas fighting for us with the first Limited Edition Patriot Mustang. 24 of these limited Mustangs will be built for production and each will be decorated in red, white, and blue.
Saleen has released their newest S302E Ford Mustang – which was created to pack in all the power that we expect from any Ford Mustang. It was built with 620hp and 600lb. foot of torque – which allows the car to go from 0 to 60 in under 4 seconds.
Steve Saleen may have retired – but that doesn’t stop the company from creating the vehicles that we love. Saleen is planning on producing and releasing updated models of the Heritage and Extreme models for the 2008 model year.
Both of the models with be built with a supercharged 302 cubic inch engine that was also used in the Parnelli Jones Limited Edition Mustang. The upgraded Heritage model, dubbed the H302 SC, will have styling cues from both the PJ and the previous Heritage model, as well as a functional shaker hood that sucks cool air into an air box directly above the supercharger.
The Great American Run, became one of the best events of the summer as well as the year. There were many different vehicles there, but none stood out more than the Molly Saleen hot pink Ford Mustang. For those who aren’t up to speed, Molly Saleen is Steve Saleen’s daughter.
The hot pink Mustang starts with looks and ends with performance. The pretty-in-pink “Molly-Pop” Saleen S281-SC Ford Mustang packs quite the punch: just over 500hp coupled with 475 lb-ft of torque, which was plenty to power the sled through plenty of full-throttle roadway excitement during the event.
